		PINNACLE'S NEW STUDIO v10 and STUDIO PLUS v10

Pinnacle's world-leading Studio Video Editing Software has recently undergone a complete under-the-hood re-vamp taking advantage of many unique and special features found in the higher-level, professionally featured Avid Liquid video editing software. On the surface, Studio's simple, easy to use visual interface has changed very little but there are a number of new and exciting features that Avid Liquid's Programme Code now brings to Studio - the main obvious two being Instant Save (meaning that you never loose anything you have done even if there is a power failure) and Background Rendering (which allow you to keep editing rather than having to stop whilst the Programme creates Timeline Elements).

The software is available in two versions:- Studio v10 and the fuller-featured Studio Plus v10. Both versions are also available packaged with various PCI and USB hardware options allowing users to choose the hardware/Import and Export features they require.

Studio v10
Studio v10 incorporates popular features like built-in DVD authoring with motion menus and custom navigation, as well as Pan and Zoom, enabling users to quickly create engaging video slideshows from digital photos.

With Smart Movie II, customers can develop home movies in minutes, choosing styles and genres and applying them with the click of a button. In addition, customers can create and preview effects in real-time, perform instant transfers to DVD, and easily organize videos, photos, audio and music files for drag and drop editing with Pinnacle Media Manager.

Studio Plus v10
Studio Plus v10 incorporates all of the features of Studio and adds powerful components for advanced editors who are seeking more creative control and professional results.

Additional features include picture in picture (PIP), Chroma Key effects (green screen) and, most significantly, full HD editing, particularly creating HD slide shows from digital photos.

Users can also take advantage of keyframeable, real-time effects with preview, choosing from hundreds of standard and bonus effects and transitions that are format independent (SD and HD), and then previewing their work in full resolution on a primary or secondary computer monitor.

	AVID'S NEW LIQUID and LIQUID PRO

Drawn from editing products formerly developed by Pinnacle Systems, the Avid Liquid family includes new versions (v.7.0) of the Avid Liquid and Avid Liquid Pro software, both of which are packed with new features designed for users who want a single application for creation and delivery of tape, DVD and streaming media.

Avid Liquid builds on popular Liquid features, including native HDV editing, GPU-accelerated effects, background rendering, Dolby Digital 5.1 surround audio with AC-3 encoding, DVD Creation directly on the video editing timeline, and great value I/O hardware.

New features of Avid Liquid v.7.0 software include:
